With the type and surface we can already calculate your exact price.

It determines the price band. We will confirm it during the visit.

Find your property in the Cadastre

It fills in the address and the surface area for you, and leaves the cadastral reference in place. You can correct anything afterwards.

If you have it to hand, it saves us verification time.

The floor area shown comes from the information available in the Cadastre and may be out of date or differ from the actual floor area of the property. The price is initially calculated on the basis of the cadastral or declared floor area. If the inspection finds that the property has a larger floor area, or extensions, structures or annexes not initially included, HØUSITEK may adjust the price before continuing or delivering the report.

Garages, storage rooms and other annexes

Add them only if you want them inspected too. Each one can have its own cadastral reference.
