We process the data you provide in order to handle your inspection request or contact enquiry. We do not share it with third parties except where legally required. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address.

Cookie policy

This site uses only technical cookies, needed for it to work: its own session cookies and the Cadastre map cookie described below. No advertising or profiling cookies are used without prior consent.

Cadastre map cookie. The map in “Your home on the map” draws the plots with the mapping service of Spain’s Directorate General for the Cadastre (ovc.catastro.meh.es). When the map is zoomed in far enough to show them, that server sets a technical cookie whose name starts with TS01 (for example, TS01da3df4). It is used to balance the load between its servers and for security, lasts for the browser session and is not used to track you or build profiles. It is needed for the map to show the plots, and it is not set unless the map is zoomed in that far.

Terms and conditions

The technical inspection reflects the apparent condition of the property on the date of the visit, within the scope of the service level booked. It is not a guarantee regarding inaccessible elements and does not replace an expert report unless expressly commissioned.
